Website Issues, Comments or Suggestions
The Film Magazine aims to produce quality content in an easy to use format for each and every one of our readers. There are times, however, when aspects of our site don’t work or we get something wrong. As an open and inclusive group, it is our last intention to single out any person/s with any of our content or present anything that may be deemed offensive. If you feel offended, have any queries, comments or suggestions regarding anything on site from the content to the graphics right through to the structure and layout, please fill in the form at the bottom of this page or contact us directly via social media and we will respond within 2 working days.
Store Inquiries & Complaints
The Film Magazine works exclusively with RedBubble in the sale of our merchandise on the internet.
This decision was made as it ensured quality in terms of the printing of our designs and the quality of the goods upon which they are printed. We are therefore confident that any merchandise sold under the TFM banner is of the highest quality and delivered with care.
We do, however, understand that there may be instances in which issues do occur. In the case of missing orders, less-than high quality goods, returns advice, order changes and payment changes, RedBubble can help via their online Help Centre. All product/order issues and/or changes must be taken up with the point of sale, RedBubble.
If you have a suggestion regarding a slight alteration to a design (whether it be for an improved appearance or a personalised graphic), please don’t hesitate to contact us in the contact form below, outlining what you’d like for us to help you with.
