Nicholas Hoult is the latest actor to have signed up to ‘The Lobster’ director Yorgos Lanthimos’ upcoming film ‘The Favourite’.
The British actor, whose feature length career has spanned 15 years despite being only 27 years of age, will join Oscar winning duo Rachel Weisz and Emma Stone on the picture. Celebrated British television star Olivia Colman is also set to be a part of the period drama centred around the reign of Queen Anne in the decades leading up to and crossing the year 1700.
Hoult will play former Tory party leader Harley in the story written by feature-length debutante Deborah Davis and ‘Ashby’ (2015) screenwriter Tony McNamara.
Element Pictures and Scarlet Films are co-producing the project that is set to begin filming this month (Feb, 2017).
